DAY 13
Taken and Occupied!
"Oppressed and depressed
Removed and forced out of the paths of success;
Comes the weary with golden minds and silver tongues.
The moment diction is formed from their throat it is quickly shunned
Once they speak, their words are disregarded and turned
Their thoughts locked up and eventually murdered
Their movements recorded and tracked at every corner
Yet when they cry, their anguish is hushed
And pushed to the back burner.
So their tears are muffled
And their concerns are torched
No longer does it matter
No longer do they matter"

DAY 3
Incognito
"She was hidden from eyes and
was trying to disguise
the monster laid inside
Attemping to rampage her soul and
infect the world around her.
Fighting daily and
Wrestling in the moonlight
Caused a weary in her might
She gave up the war inside
And realized it was never her fight
There was something greater than her
Stronger than her
Much wiser than her
Who picked up where she lost
Went inside the ring
And fought the fight
In which fate had against her to win
And after the victory was gained
He gave her the title
That she did not deserve
But He stated "For you, it was always reserved"
She was able to run out again
Free from her pain
Free from her guilt
Free from her sin
Free from her hiding"
-Valerie Anselme
This picture is a bit random from the other two, but I loved it too much not to have it in :) |
